Two weeks ago… I tried to purchase some items … I would also click the into cart but when I would go to cart … it would show EMPTY cart & then I would try to put the item# and I could not get into the system… tried to log in … I was sent a LOG IN WITH ONE CLICK….. 10X’s and was just being sent to LOG IN !!!! I gave up OLDIES lost a $75 sale !!!!

Be Aware Money hungry scammers company knows how to defuse the transactions received only one cd out of 4 cds because out of stock refund refund back out of 69.02 posted for four cds I never received but only one they sent me fir another charge of same amount of credit of 24.33 very odd same a the credit they give back from 69.02 that already posted to my bank account statement, they confuse the whole transaction to make money ,I’ll shop Amazon next time there lot better for buying cds Good luck

I was surprised and subsequently disappointed that it took 7 days from when I placed my order online to when I received an email from Oldies that it was being shipped. That is way too long for a company that has some of their DVDs overpriced, the lengthy processing time puts any future purchases over the edge, and I plan on switching to Elvis. PS- the Postal delivery was not the issue.

You sent my DVDs to the wrong address. I spent over $42 dollars, and nearly lost my entire purchase because of your company's error. If I did not have the best Post Office, in my city, with the best staff, someone else would be enjoying my $42+ dollars purchase. I'm so done with Oldies.com.

I ordered a dvd. However, after I placed the order, I realized that I had my former address on it. I contacted the company to say if the order’s address can be changed. I was told that once it was placed, no changes can be made. I moved out of state so honestly think I will not see my dvd.

I ordered a cd on July 11th. I have called three time to question why it has not shipped. They have finally told me that they are waiting for the cd from an outsource. I tried to cancel the entire order, but they would not let me. I was not under the impression that they outsourced. Very disappointing.

I did not order what I received. I contacted customer support and they just said that I had indeed ordered what I received. But I know what I ordered and it was not what I received. I am not crazy. Something very strange happened.

I ordered 4 records, all came in damaged covers, 1 was unplayable. I emailed customer service and was told I needed to call their customer service during their business hours. When I called, I was told a replacement was being shipped and given an ETA. After another 2 weeks waiting I contacted customer service again and was told nothing is being shipped and they won't honor a return. Don't waste your time, their packaging is terrible so if your order is damaged they won't do anything about it. I have email chains and phone logs to support this review.

We shipped it in 6 business days, and it was delivered to you two business days after delivery. I've ordered from them twice. The first time, they sent me a really warped record and a CD instead of a record (I don't own a CD player). It took weeks to get a refund. I must be a glutton for punishment because I tried to order from them again. One of the records I ordered wasn't shipped and no explanation was provided. This time they refunded my $ quickly. However, another record was obviously used and scratched. Their response was "we don't sell used records." However, in this case they did. Customer service is terrible and, in my experience, they sell a lot of defective items. AVOID!

Half of the items I ordered were out of stock, I was missing one item and got a duplicate of another item, I was credited not refunded for the out of stock items (like i'd want to shop there again). There is no where on the website I could see the credit. The phone operator said the only proof I have of the credit is on my invoice. I asked for a refund of the credit. I was told I would get the refund. We'll see. I didn't even want to deal with the duplicate/missing items.

Simply stated, I did not get what I paid for as the wrong order was sent to me. I paid for the Blu-ray Disc package which includes the dvd and digital copy. This is clearly stated in the order. What I received was just the Blu-ray Disc. Now I'm going to have to deal with the headache of returning the order. This is inexcusable as far as I'm concerned.

The purchase from Oldies.com was one of the worst online purchase experiences I have ever had. I selected 3 items (CDs) from their website, all listed as available for purchase on the site. I ordered the 3 items, and when they had not been shipped 5 days later, I called customer service to ask about the shipment. The rep told me they would be shipped the next day. When the shipment arrived, there was only one item in the package. Also, I had been charged the full $8 shipping charge for three items, even though there was only one item in the package. When I called them to ask about the other 2 items, they said that 2 of the items were not available at the time of the shipment, so they had been canceled. Not once during the process had I been informed that 2/3 of my order would not be shipped (not even by the rep the day before shipment), nor was I offered any chance to revise or cancel my order before shipment. One of the canceled items was even still showing available on the website, but they would not send it to me unless I ordered again and paid a new $5 shipping cost for one item (which I had already paid), and who knows if they actually had it in stock or not. What I learned from this experience is that even if Oldies.com lists an item for sale on their website, the product might not even be available. They will send you what they want, so don't count on getting what you ordered. At this point, I am just trying to get them to refund 2/3 of the shipping cost, since they canceled 2/3 of the order. We'll see how that goes.
