Titles purchased sometimes get deleted from the shipment without any notice. Free economy shipping should be called pony express. Expect more than a month for some orders to arrive. Order processing status way too long. You either have it or you don’t, just put it in a box already.

Just a complaint about how the 4 disc of music arrived. I know that as a company you have nothing to do with how the cd case may break but it does call attention that some center hubs that hold the music in place are sturdier than others. The manufacturer of these cases must take into account that cds get shipped and should design a cost effective way of ensuring that the discs don't fall off the hub and end up breaking off the tines with the shifting of the loose cds. The old solid-hubs were better.

We placed multiple orders with Olides.com that were not fulfilled for two weeks (and counting), and when we asked for a cancellation, they refused. They said our orders would be canceled if they were not fulfilled within 10 days, 15 days later our orders still aren't cancelled. They oversell their merchandise and say it's out of their hands when you request a refund. Better luck with Amazon.

Is this a knockoff DVD? Just a question, because it did not have a closed-caption option, and the fast forward/reverse option moved the film only in 10-minute segments. How weird.

The DVD package was damaged - the disc is totally loose inside the DVD cover, which was a stupid "paper-back" cover that didn't protect the inserts that held the dvd in place - which were broken. Absolutely disappointed.

When you order they not only charge for shipping but tell you that it usually ships 1 to 3 days but then it takes almost 10 days. I believe this is not good business practice.

30 year customer disappointed with recent order. My dvd #67RDA was not as advertised. Oldies.web said dvd was in fullscreen + letterbox. When i opened and played,found to be only fullscreen. I tossed dvd ( $13 ) into trash. I found in past,returning items to Oldies.Com is like jumping through hoops. You have to buy an envelope to place dvd in. Request a return label ( sent out by mail if you don't own a printer ),then there's the waiting time 2 to 4 weeks and finally calling them to find if you received a credit.

I Only received 8 of the 12 items I ordered and for which I paid yet the email I received says the order was delivered. NO mention that it might be a partial order. I tried to call on March 25th and a recording says they were moving and no one available in customer service until April 5th. Also, no one would be available either to respond to emails or talk on the phone. I can perhaps understand why they might not be able to answer phones but to not have anyone to answer emails in 2023 is really bad business. I was on a cruise recently in Antarctica and could answer emails. I know Philly has gotten bad but really that bad?? BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. That being said, their prices are good and they have a good selection.

I have not received 3 orders. I ordered 13 items in December and I am missing three. They so far have sent two packages. Each time saying that everything was delivered but they weren't. I called and they said, "Oh, it's on backorder." Ok? So like... let me know then instead of giving me a receipt saying that I paid for everything and that everything was in the package but it wasn't. Super unorganized and unprofessional customer service. I will be calling soon about my three missing CDs.

I recentlymade a 160.00 order and when I was selecting my items ..these items appeared available and I just received my order yesterday and out of 212 items ..all I received was seven items. This was sooo disappointing especially when you are awaiting your order and then to be shocked or saddened that this had happened without much of an explanation.

The picture listed for the vinyl I purchased showed a signature on the vinyl cover, but the vinyl I received had no signature. Additionally, the website told me the vinyl would arrive 2-10 days after it shipped, but never gave me estimates for processing time, so I ended up waiting 9 days just for it to be shipped out. I was impressed with the amiability of the staff member Bernie when I called, and the vinyl seems to be in good condition, but wish I hadn’t had the hassle and they hadn’t set a false expectation with an incorrect image.

I ordered online and only received 5 of 10 items, which is not the first time this has happened. It came without explanation as to why the items were not shipped. This is a poor way to operate a business for the paying consumers. Called customer service and was told items are out of stock, but website shows items are available. Go figure.

I did not have the best experience with this website. I should've just stuck to Amazon. They had a special edition print of something I wanted "in stock." Turns out I ordered the item and then all of sudden, it wasn't in stock anymore. The whole reason I used this site was for this and it turned out to not happen. I won't be shopping here again sadly.

Packaging is pretty poor, two of my records arrived with dented corners. One never arrived and I was later told it was out of stock AFTER I called about it. No email or text saying it won't be coming. Finally got a refund 6 days after everything was delivered, again no email or text letting me know.

They did not ship one of the movies I ordered. I ordered 3 movies, (2) old $4 movies (movies you would find in the $.99 bargain bin) and one $.99 on sale movie (that you would pay $5 for). They also charged $7 for shipping. However they only shipped 2 of the movies, the more expensive movies and still charged the same amount for Shipping. They did not notify me they were not shipping one of the movies, or the reason for not shipping it. On there website, it still shows they have 5 copies of the movie they did not ship “available.”

Usually I’m very happy with my orders, and have been a repeat customer for a while. And any order with multiple items are packed in a box with adequate padding inside. This order all 5 CDs were squeezed into a plastic envelope with minimal built in padding. Amazingly only one of the three CDs in plastic clamshell cases got smashed(the other two cd sets came in cardboard boxes). Of course the one that broke was a 4-CD set with an unusual cd case. So because it was poorly shipped, I’ll get stuck paying shipping back…resulting in me having to deal with a post office right before Christmas and having the flu. Guess I’ll try Amazon and see if I can find a replacement case

I ordered 101 Country Greats specifically for Faron Young's It's Four in the Morning, as shown on the CD table of contents. When I played the cut I got Hello Walls, not It's Four in the Morning. I paid 13.98 for a song I didn't get but was advertised. The rest of the order was fine, but I resent being mislead.

I place an LP order totaling over $100.00. Wich qualified for free shipping. I was charged $17.00 for shipping for items that were on sale for very low prices. When I call the company they said the items that are charged for shipping were heavy. When I received the items they are the same LP records as all others no special heavy weight on them. And the same items not on sale, do not have an extra shipping charge.
