I have not experienced any problems with ordering, pricing or delivery. I have experienced substancial lack of availabilty. Otherwise, I would have given 4 stars.

Great selections and good prices. The problem is acknowledging the order and when shipped. They give an unrealistic time frame for this as it always take more than 2 weeks to just ship the order and then another week to recieve it.

They're mailing process is very slow. They advertise one to three business days to mail it's already been a week for me and my CDs still have not been mailed. I called and they said it would take 10 days why advertise one to three.

It's slower at this time of year due to holiday order volume, sure. You'll want to pay attention to processing time. In-stock items that we have in our warehouse will ship quickly. Items that are available to purchase but have longer processing times might come from other suppliers, or are special order items. If you select "single shipment" during checkout, we'll hold the order until all product is assembled and ready to ship.

I got the DVDs I ordered and they were in great shape. The reason for the three stars is that there is no way to correct information that is wrong on their website. They had my wrong address and I was told when I called that they couldn't fix it. And there's no way online to fix errors. With a lot of effort by myself I was able to get the DVDs delivered to me at my correct address, but only because I happened to intercept the mail deliverer at our mail box and he happened to have my package! They really need to fix their online ordering page to be more user friendly!! RP

This was my 1st order from y'all, I've been looking for a site to supply the music I like.
I really like the cd. But, the audio is weak. I have to turn the volume way up to hear the last three songs. The initial volume is good, but it loses volume after the first song. It's great what y'all are doing to preserve this music. Kèp it up.

From the date of order (Thursday) I did not get the 5 DVD's until the following Thursday and I paid an extra $4 for Priority Mail. The Post Office is slow but they were not sent to the Post Office until Monday. I Felt they should have been in the mail Friday.
