Statement on COVID-19

As we continue to operate we are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

We are taking various steps to manage and respond to the evolving circumstances around this pandemic, while following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which is the Government's leading source for COVID-19.

As circumstances evolve, please know that we are doing everything we can to manage and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, with the safety of our employees and customers in mind.

Based on guidance from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, we suspended ALL administrative, call center and warehouse and shipping operations from March 20th through the week of April 20th.

Warehouse & Shipping Operations

During the week of April 20th, we resumed VERY limited warehouse and shipping operations, and we anticipate that we'll be operating at this capacity for the next several weeks. We hope that you understand that our top concern is ensuring the health and safety of our employees.

We are now actively processing and shipping orders received just prior to, and during, our state-mandated shutdown. At our current level of operation, as of April 27th we would expect most of the orders received during this period to ship within the next week. We would expect shipment processing times to reduce significantly over the next week, as we get caught-up from the backlog of the past weeks.

We have also greatly reduced the selection of items offered for sale on our website, in part due to COVID-19 related closures and delays within our supply chain. We would expect this to continue for the next 2-4 weeks.

Call Center

As of April 27th, our call center remains closed.

We are still available for limited support by emailing Customer-Service@oldies.com, however at reduced capacity and capability. Please allow for extra time for us to respond to any questions or inquiries submitted via email. Not all issues will be able to be resolved by email, and you may be asked to contact us again when our call center resumes operations.

Returns

As of April 27th, our Returns Department remains closed. Any returns received during, or immediately prior to, our closure will be processed as soon as we reopen for business.
