Retired Colonel Smith (Borgnine), along with his pack of mercenaries, set out ot rescue his CIA agent son, who has been taken prisoner by a terrorist army after a rebel uprising. The group must face a heavily armed fortress, and an East German officer who specializes in torture on Skeleton Coast, in order to save his life.
