Entertainment Reviews:
Rating: 5/10 --
The Legend of Billie Jean does remain interesting and entertaining throughout its run, even if it is a bit short on plot and a lot short on realism.

PopMatters
Rating: 2/5 --
This far-fetched movie munches on the mythology of heroism but is too manipulative and shallow to be taken seriously.
Spirituality and Practice
Rating: 2/5 --
Em seu esforço risível para criar um ícone de independência, rebeldia e juventude, o filme soa apenas incrivelmente absurdo, artificial e patético, mesmo que Helen Slater seja uma protagonista obviamente sedutora.
Cinema em Cena
Rating: 3/5 --
A memorable movie with some fine performances
Moviehole
"The Legend of Billie Jean" is partly intended as a satire of the American machine of celebrity, but it's mostly supposed to be taken straight, and much of the fun of the movie lies in trying to tell the two apart.
