Benny Hill, a comedy star of British television, makes his big-screen debut in this fast, rather frenzied detective farce. On the whole, an entertaining show.

Product Description:
This early feature foreshadows the schtick of TV mischief-maker Benny Hill. Here, Hill stars as Hugo Dill, an amateur detective and self-styled master of disguise. Somehow, the bumbling Dill manages to uncover an international espionage plot involving a machine that can control the world's weather. Soon, Dill is taking on dangerous spies, romancing a strongwoman, and dressing up in silly disguises as he tries to stop a madman from gaining control of the weather.
