On June 19, 1981, The Dead Kennedys recorded "In God We Trust, Inc." at Subterranean Studios. When they went to mix the tape at Mobius Music it began to deteriorate. As a result they had to re-record the entire EP. That session took place August 22, 1981 at Mobius, and those tracks were used for the now legendary E.P. The original version from Subterranean Studios has never seen the light of day, until now...
