Description by OLDIES.com:
"He's the dumbest human being I ever saw. Every time he opens his mouth he subtracts from the sum total of human knowledge." So states Hal S. Blake (Warren William), campaign manager to dimwitted Zachary Hicks (Guy Kibbee), the Progressive Party's candidate for governor. Aided by his secretary Kay (Bette Davis) and promised a $50,000 bonus if Hicks wins, the unscrupulous Blake leaves no stone unturned as he sells the boob as dumb but honest, and the champion the people deserve.
