Basically a knockoff of both the Mad Max and Star Wars series, with locales straight out of George Miller and characters straight out of George Lucas.

Metalstorm certainly *looks* ambitious -- but that's nearly all that can be said about it. The semblance of a story that was strung together smells like knock-off Mad Max, Star Wars, and Dune all at once.
