Behind The Lens
Nov 16, 2018
Rating: 3.5/5 -- It's an eerily skilful performance by Garfield, making it easy to imagine that he really is trying to master the art of speech by regulating his flow of available air. Full Review

Rating: 2/5 -- Everybody else is a haze of very British window-dressing and they play their parts without fuss or sentimentality. Lest you construe that as a compliment, I'll make it clear that it's a shame, because a little bit of syrup might've spiced things up. Full Review
Isolated Nation
Sep 26, 2019
Rating: 3.5/5 -- Breathe is an inspirational, romantic crowd-pleaser of a film about a couple who refused to accept things as they were and transformed the future for others. Full Review

Rating: 7.5/10 -- It may not reach the heights of The Theory of Everything, but Breathe delivers a sweeping, uplifting movie about a story that WAS great to find out more about. Full Review
What I Watched Tonight

Rating: 4/5 -- Thanks to the sterling performances drawn by Serkis, especially from his two leads, characters are all exquisitely well-drawn. Full Review
