Description by OLDIES.com:
Was there ever a creature as flamboyant as Mr. Toad (Charles Nelson Reilly) of Toad Hill? Dressed in flashy outfits no sensible animal would wear, he's rich -- but so foolish and boastful that his friends Ratty (Roddy McDowall), Badger (José Ferrer) and Moley (Eddie Bracken) are frantic, and they vow to make him repent for his follies. Misadventures involving a steamboat, a gypsy caravan wagon and a Rolls Royce don't seem to wise him up... until he lands in jail and is forced to learn lessons of humility, friendship and common sense.
