Bent Hansen co-director of the Anada Yoga & Meditation Center in Beaverton, Oregon, leads the guided meditation. He has taught classes in meditation and yoga for over 20 years. These recordings are inspired by the teachings of Paramhansa Yoganando and Donald J. Walters.
After the narrative meditation is complete, the insrumental music will gradually lift you out of this submerged state and take you to a place of renewal.
