Description by OLDIES.com:
Glory Eden (Ginger Rogers) is a radio pitchwoman whose squeaky-clean image hides her true desire to walk on the dark side of life. Her sponsor – the "Ippsie-Wippsie Wash Cloth" company – needs Glory to be stain-free, so the company decides to set her up with a "ringer": a sweetheart plucked from her correspondence with her many admirers. The Kentucky hayseed they pick, Jim Davey (Norman Foster), however, has designs of his own, and the Purity Girl's fake fiancé might prove to be an oopsie-whoopsie for "Ippsie- Wippsie."
