In the wake of an unexpected breakup, a local cop's (Donnie Yen) appearance and mental health dramatically change until he is left exceedingly out of shape. Yet when his department orders him to transport a notorious and dangerous criminal to Japan, he must make a significant change if he is to step up to the task.
