Originally broadcast on ABC from 1957 through 1959 and starring Kelo Henderson and Tris Coffin, the western drama 26 MEN earns an interesting historical footnote, adapted as it was from the case files of the Arizona Rangers at the tail end of the American Old West. The rangers per se were a crack team of 26 officers, including 4 sergeants, 20 privates, one lieutenant and one captain; they spent their days roving throughout the Arizona Territory, enforcing a grassroots brand of frontier justice - events dramatically re-created for the series. This box set contains a total of 20 episodes pulled from the first and second seasons. Installments include: TRAIL OF DARKNESS, THE BIG ROPE, THE WILD BUNCH and THE SLATER BROTHERS.
