In the end, Chazelle manages to fashion First Man into a gripping account of one of mankind's greatest achievements. The only slight frustration is the stoic-to-a-fault central character.

It's no wonder that [Damien] Chazelle loves portraying obsessed men because he is clearly obsessed with the details. He pays attention to everything. From the smallest bolt holding a ship together to the tempo of Justin Hurwitz's fabulous score.

Product Description:
Director Damien Chazelle reunites with his La La Land star Ryan Gosling to depict the journey of Neil Armstrong, the first man to the walk on the moon.
