4 Movies On 2 Double-Sided Discs!

In an effort to celebrate the art of filmmaking, we proudly present our Independent Film Makers Series. Independent film has a very important and powerful voice in our society that encourages diversity and opens doors for filmmakers around the world. Independent film gives artists the opportunity to express their views and create their own vision without the intervention of outside parties. Enjoy these four groundbreaking films that truly encapsulate the passion and essence of filmmaking!

First Time Caller (2002, 87 mins.): Caesar didn't think it couldn't get any worse when his college sweetheart left the country to study abroad, until she comes back engaged to another man! Caesar seeks solace in a late-night radio talk show where confused couples and desperate singles call and complain about their love lives to Julie, the show's host. The fun and trouble begins when Caesar and Julie flirt with the idea of an off-air romance.

Behind The Seams (1999, 94 mins.): Casey McCan, a top supermodel who seemingly has it all - looks, fame, wealth, an intellectual playboy boyfriend... a stalker? Well, maybe not everything! Behind The Seams features cameo appearances by Soupy Sales, Moon Zappa and Dick Cavett.

The Socratic Method (2001, 104 mins.): Spanning the entire first semester of law school, from orientation through exam, the film follows three friends both in and out of the classroom as they seek love and try and make the grade.

Ophelia Learns To Swim (2001, 88 mins.): A comedy about a young woman debating whether to join a group of bankrupt environmental Superheroines (The Librarian, Mother Nature, The Chocolatier) or their wealthy villainous counterparts (Virgina Svelte, Cosmetic Chick, Bitch-on-Wheels and The Doucher) who run an advertising agency that promotes carcinogenic products for women.
