Description by OLDIES.com:
Lola Weymouth has her infant son, Tommy, taken away by the Court when her wealthy husband is killed in a scandalous nightclub fight. Brokenhearted and seeking anonymity, she becomes "Miss Allen" and takes a job at Mrs. Warren's Nursery. Although she finds success and happiness in her new life, she becomes preoccupied with her desperate attempts to locate her son.
Our Gang veteran Dickie Moore was a successful child star who appeared in many fine films including Blonde Venus (1932), Song Of Bernadette (1941) and most notably as the lead in Oliver Twist (1933). Character actor Harold Huber's excellence at assuming foreign accents won him over 100 roles in the 1930s and 1940s including Charlie Chan In Rio (1941), Charlie Chan In City Of Darkness (1939) and Beau Geste (1939).
