Ms. McKinnon makes for a sublime nerd goddess....Here, she embodies the new GHOSTBUSTERS at its best: Girls rule, women are funny, get over it.

Rating: A- -- What Feig and company did by inverting gender expectations was create a reboot with intent and purpose, bringing a wholly new vibrancy and dynamic to expected events. Full Review

3 stars out of 5 -- [E]ntertaining, generally likable....Throw in Andy Garcia and the best JAWS joke of the year and GHOSTBUSTERS justifies its popcorn existence.
Observer
Jul 17, 2016
Rating: 2.5/5 -- McCarthy isn't funny and her voice is annoyingly nasal. Wiig is slightly better but mostly uninspired. Jones adds a few moments of hilarity and a streetwise toughness that works most of the time, but the real star is McKinnon. Full Review
