This fifth film in the Return of the Living Dead series proves the zombies haven't lost any of their bite. A hard-partying college student discovers a container that houses a mysterious chemical. His enterprising mind thinks that it may make the next great party drug, and so he sells "Z" to students throughout the school. But Z doesn't just make a party more fun; it turns the user into a starving zombie, just in time for the Halloween rave.
