Engineer Ken Mason shows up to help lay telegraph lines across The Territory of New Mexico. However the outlaw gangs of the regions, working secretly with the head of the lawless town of Twin Bluffs, don't want to see the project completed and are willing to kill to stop it. To defend the telegraph Ken must ride out as the ghost of his heroic ancestor Zorro to take on the law-breakers.
