La Ciudad De Los Prodigios

Adapted from Eduardo Mendoza's popular novel, LA CUIDAD DE LOS PRODIGIOS is an epic historical romance starring the dashing actor Olivier Martinez (UNFAITHFUL). Olivier plays Onofre Bouvila, a determined young man who moves to Barcelona in the late 19th century, when an impoverished Spain is rife with death, disease, and despair. Upon his arrive in the big city, he immediately meets the beautiful and intriguing Delfina (Emma Suarez), an anarchist who tries to politicize Onofre. The two fall in love, yet their widely disparate paths and goals--his to rise to the top of the social scene and hers to participate in revolution--threaten to tear them apart.
