The aging John Wilson, king of commercial aviation, has grown tired of his nephew Joseph's selfish and scandalous ways so he cuts him out of his will, leaving his empire to Dick, his son, and Alice Allan, his ward. But Joseph won't give up his chance at the money, so he enlists Mike Slaney and the nefarious Doc Shade to help him get Dick out of the way.
