GINNY:Dutch Schultz's mob throws a party to celebrate when they finally convince straight-arrow Detective Ruditsky to take payoff money.

LITTLE AUGIE:A horribly scarred, extremely violent mobster whose very name strikes terror on the streets, "Little Augie" Orgen, launches a scheme to extort tens of millions yearly from the garment industry.

THE SONNY ROSEN STORY:A high-society scion, Sonny Rosen, is kidnapped and $100,000 in ransom is demanded from his terrified parents.
