Sudor Amargo

This spanish-language film, set in a Puerto Rican fish cleaning factory, tells dramatic tale of a group of female workers who struggle to keep their jobs as a massive layoff approaches. The work environment, filled with protest and civil unrest, becomes tainted with the murder of their boss. The investigation begins to put a strain on the relationship of the women at a time when bonding should be most important. SUDOR AMARGO focuses on the character and strength of these factory workers while their friendship and loyalty is put on the line.
