Product Description:
The always likeable Mr. T stars as a young Southerner who travels to Washington, DC to seek his fortune. Upon arrival he takes a job as a cabbie at a rundown taxi company. In this new position he meets some very unusual characters and gets embroiled in a kidnapping plot.
