Wally Newton's best friend is his pet dog Neechee. When a lowlife drug dealer attacks Neechee, Wally defends his pal and lands himself in jail. As if this isn't bad enough, Neechee is dognapped by gangsters who think Wally has stolen their money. So begins Wally's adventure to rescue Neechee, foil the drug dealers, and clear his name.
