Tai Feng (Li) is a hitman with a guilty conscience who deliberately misses his targets. When a Yakuza kingpin is murdered, his family offers one million dollars to anyone who finds the assassin. Feng teams up with an agent in order to navigate the murky Japanese underworld, but his legwork leads him to a very surprising suspect.
