At 18, Audrey's (Agnes Bruckner) life in a desert trailer park is hardly what she wants it to be. While she fantasizes about getting a college education, reality has her caring for her sick father (John Corbett) and watching her best friend's dreams die thanks to a debilitating illness. It seems as if life will always be this way until a new guy (Justin Long) moves in next door, and everything starts to change.
