Juan Esteban Aristizábal Vásquez, 9 August 1972, Carolina de Príncipe, Antioquia, Colombia. Latin pop singer-songwriter and guitarist Juanes is the biggest star in the history of his native Colombia and arguably the most successful artist to emerge from the Latin crossover scene of the late 90s and early 00s.
