The local dump in Milpitas, California, becomes the breeding ground for monstrous terror when locals load it up with more garbage than it can handle. Making himself known in order to teach these ignorant humans the errors of their wasteful ways, a Mutant Beast digs his way out from beneath the rotting waste and sets a string of horrific events into motion.
