Throwaway hangover fodder, big on goofiness and small on invention. Full Review

Rating: 3/5 -- Despite its broad strokes of goofball, sometimes gross-out comedy tailored to Black's gonzo style, the movie does echo some of the classic novel's farcical observances. Full Review

Rating: 2/5 -- While the film retains the satire of the original story, it goes too far with the pop culture references. Full Review

Blunt amusingly spoofs some of her serious films...while O'Dowd and Segal achieve a farcical rivalry.

Rating: 2.5/4 -- The over the top performances of the well-spoken Lilliputians, and even that of Jack Black, go a long way towards helping make the movie better, but sadly, they just couldn't save the material from itself. Full Review

Product Description:

Jack Black stars in the 20th Century Fox adaptation of Jonathan Swift's GULLIVER'S TRAVELS with this fantasy-filled comedic production. This take on the timeless tale revolves around a shipwrecked mailroom clerk (Black) who discovers an island in the heart of the Bermuda Triangle where he is the biggest occupant in comparison to its tiny inhabitants. SHARK TALE's Rob Letterman directs from a script by FORGETTING SARAH MARSHALL's Nick Stoller and Joe Stillman (SHREK).
