Rating: 2/4 -- The movie gets a lot less interesting once it starts to go dark, so to speak, and the elements of the story that you had identified as red herrings earlier on turn out to be, yup, red herrings. Full Review

Rating: 2/5 -- There's little in the way of tension, surprise or consistency, and the disappointing ending leaves questions about the point of the whole exercise. Full Review

Not content to merely be brother filmmakers, the Brewers wear their Coen influence on their sleeves. It’s not just the casting of Cage, but the attempted wryness of the dialogue, the confident visual styling, and more.

Rating: 3/5 -- The Trust is a heist movie that gives Nicolas Cage his juiciest performance since Kick-Ass and indulges some very kooky Cageian line readings. Full Review

Rating: 2/5 -- Wood, a very long way removed from his Lord of the Rings glory days, is a womanising, drug-taking small timer, essentially decent but easily led astray by his friend. They're on the road to nowhere and that's where the film is headed too. Full Review
