In 1985, rising waters from a broken dam flooded the town of Epecuén. The settlement remained underwater for 30 years until the waters receded to reveal a ghostly ruin. One fateful day, some young filmmakers visit the ruins and discover that someone or something has moved back in and it is not happy to see them.
