Profiling German-born artist Eva Hesse, a pioneer in postminimal art who was known for her use of plastics in sculptures. Although she enjoyed critical success in New York City during the 1960s, her career was tragically cut short when she died of a brain tumor in 1970 at the age of 34. Marcie Begleiter wrote and directed this documentary.
