A human beast is on the loose as several girls are murdered near mountain villages. A policeman poses as a workman and stays at the home of a widow. Neither the widow nor her child suspects they are being used as bait. The scene where the killer first reveals himself to the little girl is a truly chilling moment This is a truly well-made, engrossing thriller.Mucho recommended Wow. Mastered from a great 16mm print.
