This 1970 Atlantic release from Yusef Lateef features him performing tracks such as "Michelle" and "When A Man Loves A Woman" backed by musicians including Joe Zawinul, Eric Gale and Earl Klugh (discovered by Lateef, this was his debut). This album also includes Lateef's seven-movement "Symphonic Blues Suite," composed for quartet and orchestra, which gives both the freedom to improvise.
