Entertainment Reviews:
HIGH LIFE twisted the space-movie formula into a vision of futuristic prisons, mental and social rehabilitation, and love that endures in the most extreme of circumstances.
The Atlantic
Pattinson is as subtle, exacting and unpredictable as he’s ever been, transmitting bone-deep loneliness and resigned fatalism with very little dialogue to help him.
The Guardian
Watching this trippy, twisty sci-fi drama will get you up to speed on just how good an actor the TWILIGHT vet really is.
USA Today
Denis mounts a palpable sense of dread.
Empire
Rating: 1/5 --
It's an interesting premise, but the structural flaws and unlikable screenplay put to waste the attractive production design.

Product Description:
Monte (Robert Pattinson) is one of several death row inmates given the opportunity to forgo their sentence in exchange for manning a suicide space mission to harvest energy from near a black hole. The ship's doctor (Juliette Binoche) is also conducting an experiment of her own, obsessively testing human's ability to reproduce in space. The ragtag crew's close quarters and grim fate breed dissent and ultimately brutal violence. Directed by Claire Denis. Mia Goth and Andre Benjamin co-star.
