Some noir-style visual flourishes can't rescue the formulaic screenplay, which downplays the violent confrontations yet never musters sufficient tension or finds enough sympathy in its collection of schemers and scoundrels. Full Review

Rating: 1.4/5 -- The flashes of B-movie action are but interruptions for the endless succession of long, pretentious speeches. Full Review

Rating: 2/5 -- Booze-soaked nonsense that romanticises practically medieval notions of honour. Full Review

Rating: 7.5/10 -- Wiper has helmed a bracingly attractive thriller with ugly consequences. It's everything you want in a revenge-action flick, but with appealingly hammy weight. Full Review
