Laurent Mahaut, a 20 year old, has had a dream of becoming a professional soccer player for as long as he can remember. He devotes all his energy to it, dividing his time between his job and the stadium where the local club trains and for whom he is the star striker. He does not have time for any leisure activities, especially girls. When he meets Fabienne, another player's mother, he is love struck. Torn between conflicting demands, it's time to make a decision one way or the other.
