Under the Eiffel Tower is sandwiched so tightly between a prologue that doesn't care and an epilogue too worn out to stick the landing that it almost doesn't get to be a movie at all.

Product Description:
50-year old Stuart (Matt Walsh) tags along on his bestfriend's family's vacation in France. He gets the wrong idea and proposes to his friend's 24-year old daughter Rosalind (Dylan Gelula) who promptly refuses. Lost and heartbroken, he meets a guy named Liam (Reid Scott) who takes him to Southern France where he meets Louise (Judith Godrèche).
