Hina Mitsurugi's life as an ordinary teenager largely revolved around videogames. Particularly enamored with the excitement of combat games, Hina was always ready to mix it up with her friends in a round of virtual kickboxing or take on some arcade competition in a combat simulation. However, Hina's life changes one day when she is thrust into a world of assassins and giant robots and must put her gaming skills to real life use. Chosen as one of three pilots of Dangaizer, the most powerful robot of all time, Hina, along with her new partners, must stave off the evil organization of Goma who are out to destroy Dangaizer and take over the planet. Masami Obari, of Fatal Fury fame directs this action packed anime!
