It's amazing that Justine (Baby) Washington has never received the recognition or credit that she is due! Let me tell you something about this wonderful lady! She was the first ever Soul female singer in the recording industry! Next, in 1963, she had one of the biggest hits of the year called "That's How Heartaches Are Made!" Lastly, Dusty Springfield has said numerous times that Baby Washington was her all time favorite singer! Besides being an Apollo theatre favorite, she is a kind and sincere lady! So let us turn back the clock and listen to this fabulous cd with a handful of memories delivered from a legend named "Baby!"
