Courageous newspaper editor Manuel Acosta Mesa (Rodolfo Acosta) tries to take on the mob in Tijuana through his newspaper, reporting on the violence, prostitution and drug sales in the border town. The syndicate, led by Peron Diaz (Paul Newlan), looks to do whatever it takes to take down Manuel and his paper, using threats and violence.
