Retiring Tatiana

Drew is a photographer who avoids commitment. When he receives a call from his Detroit auto worker father informing him that he is retiring and that a party is being planned, Drew decides to ask Cece, an old flame, to be his date--but she turns him down. He then hears that her new boyfriend is member of the Detroit Pistons. Drew's best friend, musician Johnson, suggests that he ask the beautiful but unpredictable jazz singer Tatiana to be his date. His attempt to impress his family and make Cece jealous proves to be a total failure as Tatiana turns out to be a total loose cannon.
